At Stemtation we pride ourselves on a our customer care
as we want to make your Stemtation experience easy and
enjoyable. We value you all our customers and would like
to show our appreciation by giving you our Frequent Flower
Card.
When you
spend over $20 in store we will sign your Frequent
Flower Card and at the end of the card you will receive
a $20 GIFT VOUCHER FREE.
HANDY TIPS :: To get the best out of your
flowers here are a few handy tips to make sure your
flowers stay fresh and vibrant for longer.
- Cut 1cm of
each stem every day
- Clean the vase and add fresh
water every day
- Add our complementary flower food
to the water
- Do not place flowers in direct sunlight
or heat
- Do not place flowers near
air conditioning
- Remove dead flower heads as they
die
- Be EXTRA careful when handling your flowers
as they can bruise VERY easily.
CELEBRATION SERVICE :: At stemtation
we realise life is hetic so we offer a
celebration service to help you remember those extra
special days and it is completly free. For all
those special days like birthdays, anniversary, mother's
day, valentine's day etc
we will call you a week before the
date giving you enough time to plan the perfect gift
to complement that important day. If you need
help arranging flowers, chocolates, teddy bears or
balloons our team of friendly staff are more than
happy to help you organise those beautifull
gifts and products alwell.
